1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Slice the sausage and tomatoes:
   • Slice Greenridge Naturals Sausage (fully cooked), into rounds or half-moons.
3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi (uncooked), baby tomatoes, and sausage with a light drizzle of olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Add the flavor: Toss with Tenuta’s Homemade Pesto Sauce.
5. Roast it up: Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway. Gnocchi will crisp up, tomatoes will blister, and sausage will brown to perfection.
6. Top it off: Shower it with freshly grated cheese and garnish with fresh basil or a balsamic drizzle for that final Italian touch.
